I would not recommend these batteries. I have a 2012 Chevy s10 with a tow package and it is an older model. The battery was replaced by the factory when I purchased the truck and it lasted for about 2 years. I then bought a new battery and it only lasted about 3 months before it started acting up again. I have replaced it twice now and it has lasted less than 1 year each time. I am very disappointed in the quality of these batteries and I will never buy another one.

The best place to get a battery is from a company that sells batteries wholesale. This is where you get the best deal because they buy in bulk. For example, I get my batteries from APC. Their batteries are very reliable and their price is the lowest.


There are a handful of important things to consider when looking for batteries for your camper van, motorhome or RV. The most important things to consider would be the following:

I would like to know if there is a difference between the two types of lead-acid batteries. The one I have is a deep cycle and the other is a flooded. The deep cycle is the type that you put into a car and the flooded is the type that you use in a boat or RV.

When you first start your vehicle the battery is full of water. The water level should be about half way up the battery. If the water level is too high the battery may not hold a charge. If the water level is too low the battery may not hold a charge.

If you do not have a battery tender you can still keep the battery charged by using a car charger.


Maintaining a battery also means trying to avoid extremes. Getting a battery too hot or too cold can cause damage to your batteries. Lots of high-power use can heat up a battery significantly.

If you have the money, you could opt for 12V lithium batteries as they are very nice batteries but they can be considerably more expensive than your typical 6V battery.


Although the Jackery is solar-powered, it still has a gasoline engine on it to help it start and run smoothly.

Most people will agree that a generator is a great way to power up an RV if you are in an area that has no electricity. There are a few things to consider before purchasing a generator. First of all, you need to think about how much power you will need.
